At Siren Craft Brew, we want you to enjoy every drop of our craft beer; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on shelf-stable merchandise or faulty goods within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the items arrived damaged.

    Approval & Labeling

    Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label if the error was on our part.

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the items in their original transit packaging to ensure they reach our brewery safely without further breakage.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
