How long does shipping take for my beer order?

We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Thursday. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 working days via our specialized fragile-goods courier.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK to ensure the freshness and quality of our brews. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach international craft beer enthusiasts soon.

What should I do if my bottles or cans arrive damaged?

While we use reinforced packaging, accidents can happen. Please take a photo of the damaged items and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Are your beers suitable for vegans?

The majority of our core range and seasonal releases are vegan-friendly. We clearly label any beers containing lactose or honey on the product page and the physical can/bottle label.

How should I store my Siren Craft Brew beers?

To maintain optimal flavor profiles, especially for our IPAs and pale ales, we recommend storing all beers upright in a cool, dark place, preferably a refrigerator.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we aim for rapid dispatch, we can only make changes if the order hasn't reached our warehouse floor. Please email us immediately with your order number for any urgent adjustments.
